1. Flower girls & page boys

Children are too adorable to go unnoticed. Dress your flower girls in matching dresses; pinks, lilacs and creams are good colours. Adorn their hair with enchanting daisies and accessories. Dress your pageboys in matching modern tuxedos with a bow tie or black ties.

3. Create the cake

One outstanding thing about creativity is that it reflects your taste and personality.

Do not let all the arrangements be made by the vendor and caterer.

Think of a meaningful cake design and put your ‘stamp on it’. It will undoubtedly make for a unique wedding cake.

4. Pick a thematic theme

I just want to reinforce the idea of choosing a theme for your wedding. Embellish every corner of the venue with items that reflect the theme. Your guests must not forget the central idea of the wedding. From the entrance board to the tables, let those expressive items pop.

5.A comment board

Who says weddings are only about eating and grooving? Make it interactive; let your loved ones leave words of love & good wishes for you. Set up a table and ask everyone to stick their good-will messages on it. Imagine reading them with your partner later.

6. Invitation cards

The method of inviting people to your wedding says a lot about you. Make a creative and innovative invitation card for your guests. This will be their first experience of your distinctive wedding. Treat the invitees with a mini luxury chocolate attached to the cards.

7. Detailed decorations

Minute details, though not very prominent, add a lot to the overall finesse of your décor. Do not restrict your decoration to huge flower vases and embellished tables only. Have your entrance and reception rooms decorated too.

8. Balloons and Lanterns

It's always fun to add activities to enjoy your wedding day with your guests.

Spending valuable time with the people you love adds to the charm of your wedding. Arrange helium balloons or sky lanterns for your guests, and release them together in the night sky. What a special moment this would make.

9. Customized napkins

“Hey! We have a message for you.”

Place customized napkins on the tables with messages printed by you and your partner to the guests. People love receiving such gestures of love.

10. Photography

Did somebody say memories?

When your party is over and all the food & wine has gone, you have given away the flowers to your nearest & dearest, all you will be left with are your pictures.

When looking for a photographer make sure you are a good fit, and that the photographer shoots in a style and genre that you want.

Phone around and talk to at least 3 photographers, don’t base your decision just on price. Look at their work and evaluate them on their skills & creativity.
